Chicken and Ricotta

Apparently these go nicely together. So says me.

1. (Stir-)Fry bite-sized pieces of chicken with light sauce and pepper -- typical amounts you'd use to cook them.
2. When they are thoroughly cooked, and possibly a bit brown, add 1.5 dessert spoons of Ricotta Cheese per serving.
3. Mix them around such that the cheese coats the chicken, and when it browns a little, add in a dash of pepper (to taste, really), and then it's done!

Eat with rice!
